Shipping Via Canada Post

• Once an order is received, the shipping department will pull from stock the item(s) required.
• Product will be secured with packing tape and a protective outside layer to withstand the general outdoor environment.  This products the packaging from exposure to the elements, but does not protect against freight handling misuse.
• All product is shipped Canada Post through Shopify in which consumers can decide on type of shipping desired.
• A notification is sent to the consumer as soon as a shipping label is purchased from Canada Post.
• As soon as reasonably possibly, the shipping label is applied to the package and the transferred to Canada Post for delivery.
• Tatra will do everything reasonably to ensure issues such as delayed or damaged product during transport are quickly resolved.
